VP, GWAC Programs search completed for CGI

JDG and CGI Federal are pleased to announce the selection of Mr. James Fraser as Vice President, GWAC Programs. Mr. Fraser has been Director, GWAC Programs for EDS (an HP Company) since 2005. Previously, he held positions of increasing responsibilities with CSC, Dynamac, and TMS. Mr. Fraser holds a Masters degree from West Virginia University.
