JDG and the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office are pleased to announce the selection of Mr. Remi Silva as their new Director of Systems Development. Mr. Silva directed over 400 staff and contractors in his role as Deputy Chief of Staff for Information Management with the Department of the Army.
