Step 2: Research

We employ proven networking, targeted research and direct sourcing techniques that are enhanced by a database of over 100,000 candidates. With more than 4,000 placements since its founding in 1973, JDG has developed an extensive network of contacts on which to draw for future searches.

Step 3: Interview and Evaluation

JDG thoroughly qualifies each candidate. We conduct a personal interview with each candidate to explore his or her experience and skills, career goals and personal compatibility with the client. We are careful to portray accurately the client organization and the position to be filled. This ensures that only those candidates genuinely interested in the position are presented to the client for an interview.

Step 4: Closure

Upon completion of the interview process, we conduct thorough reference checks and background investigations. We work closely with you to develop an offer for the selected candidate. Upon request, we will play an active role in negotiating the compensation package.
