The Public Sector Practice of PwC is a focused organization providing business advisory services for the Federal Government in financial management, process improvement, project and portfolio management, financial management, and cyber security. PwC's work centers on achieving cross-enterprise financial process integration and alignment to enable cost reduction, strengthen reliability of internal controls, and increase confidence in financial information.
Requirements  * Proven track record of growing a successful consulting business, including development of market strategies and proposals, preferably within one or more of the following: Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service, Federal Deposit Insurance Company, Department of Agriculture, Department of Education, Department of Energy, and Housing & Urban Development.
* Superior analytical and problem solving skills with previous experience as the "functional lead/subject matter expert" in one or more of the service offerings listed previously.
* Experience and track record in successful delivery of technical/ management consulting services, preferably gained at a top tier consulting firm.
* Executive-level experience in the areas of resource management (financial, cost and asset), preferably with a mix of consulting and operations experience.
* Exceptional client management skills and experience.

Leadership Skills:
* Proven record as a leader in the successful management of multiple projects and teams.
* Proven track record in recruiting, developing and managing highly-productive leaders who can sell, manage and deliver assignments.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual and highly-matrixed environment and at all levels within the PwC model.

Business Development:
* Proven record of expanding business opportunities and revenue streams.
* 8 - 15 years of consulting experience growing and leading a business, managing client relationships, delivering client services and developing and managing a successful team.
* Experience building productive relationships with industry colleagues and clients.
Responsibilities  This is an opportunity to be involved in growing PwC's footprint in the Federal IT/Financial Services' sectors. The Executive will be responsible for growing an established business base, managing existing and building new client relationships, overseeing a team of seasoned functionally-focused consultants, and helping solve client problems. The Executive will act as a "trusted advisor" to clients and have a mix of strategic and tactical management experience.

Additionally, as an Executive at PwC, the individual will be expected to take an active role in the development, mentoring and coaching of his/her team. He/She will work actively to enhance the diversity of the Firm, and play a lead role in attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
