Requirements  - 15+ years of demonstrated experience developing and growing business, with at least 5 years of experience selling to the Army's Communications - Electronics Command (CECOM) or affiliated organizations;
- Demonstrated understanding of CECOM organizations and upcoming procurements;
- Entrepreneurial spirit, motivation, and commitment;
- Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to coordinate and lead brainstorming discussions;
- Demonstrated track record of initiative, creative thinking, and ownership for attaining performance goals;
- Negotiation skills and the capability to create and deliver convincing viewpoints;
- Willingness to relocate to Aberdeen, MD area within 24 months;
- Ability to travel on an as needed basis.
Responsibilities  The Director is responsible for increasing Stanley's services and presence within the Army's CECOM and its affiliated organizations. He/she will be engaged in the front-end capture of IDIQ vehicles focused on CECOM and will be the lead for capture of task orders under resulting IDIQ vehicles.

The Director will be engaged in leading the activities of task order proposal teams. He/she will work through the entire opportunity life cycle, including prospecting for new customers, identifying opportunities for growth, leading in teaming decisions, and developing key customer win themes for pre-RFP and post-RFP activities.

The Director will also be responsible for gaining an understanding of the full scope of solutions and services provided by Stanley and representing these services to the customer. He/she will leverage and coordinate the business development activities of Stanley's existing subject matter experts, consultants, and others.

Following Stanley's Account Management Discipline, the Director will be responsible for monitoring Stanley's customer service to key CECOM constituencies and reporting results. The candidate will coordinate, support, and manage customer relationships as required.

Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required as is the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.
