| Requirements | - 4 to 12 years of cost estimation and analysis, modeling and simulation, earned value management, and operations research.
- Technical understanding of many system technologies.
- Ability to analyze, design, develop, implement and maintain complex simulations, models and operations research tools.
- Experience conducting engineering and statistical analyses.
- Proven ability to manage within larger projects or programs.
- Background in developing and implementing methods, conducting engineering and statistical analyses and technically supervising subordinate personnel.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- U.S. citizenship required |
| Responsibilities | - Responsible for planning and conducting evaluation, selection and adaptation or modification of technical analysis methods and tools.
- Ensure product meets customer needs and complies with quality standards.
- Responsible for task planning and organization, directing subordinate personnel and conducting systems analysis, research and training involving a broad range of technologies.
- Acquire information regarding technical performance and cost of systems, analyze technical performance of systems, support establishment of technical baselines, develop and apply analytical tools, produce data bases, support synthesis of new designs, examine cost/effectiveness of alternatives and document analysis.
- Communicate with client, coordinate activities, manage project schedule and cost and conduct technical review of project progress. |
